The Elements of Poetry

Directions: You will be required to annotate/outline all chapters within the poetry unit of the Perrine’s textbook. As you track your notes, you MUST select ONE poem per chapter and answer the questions asked about that specific chapter. You might want to use a separate spiral notebook for this assignment or you could possibly use legal pads (your predilection).

I ask this of you because you MUST become “the scholar” of poetry analysis. You will then “knock out” all poetry multiple choice questions AND write an amazing response for Question #1. You will have pop quizzes periodically.
